Purpose

To provide comprehensive and professional digital marketing activities within Mass.

The Role

Possible part study, are you looking to grow a career in Digital Marketing, are you considering studying for a CIM qualification? Or perhaps you are newly qualified and looking for a first role?

Reporting to the Management & Marketing Team, the role is office based and focused on Marketing & PR, from providing the ideas & inspiration through to putting the plan into action & monitoring the results. We are offering a salary to £25k plus a results driven bonus scheme.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Generation of opportunities through targeted marketing campaigns
  • Extensive use of social media marketing
  • Creation of video marketing material
  • Assisting with new product launch campaigns
  • Maintaining and developing a sales and marketing database
  • Email campaigns using Mailchimp
  • Organise and help drive attendance to user groups, demos etc
  • Assisting in the design & development of sales and marketing collateral
  • Execution of paid for digital advertising, assistance with PR activities
  • Maintaining Website (with some technical support and management direction)
  • Other ad-hoc duties/projects as defined by the Management and Marketing Team

MASS are recruiting for a Digital Marketing Co-ordinator.

The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge, skills and experience:

  • Previous experience or strong interest in Marketing particularly working directly with social media platforms
  • Knowledge of video editing software
  • Self motivation, ambition, initiative, creativity and drive.
  • Interest in IT software, must also be PC literate
  • Team player with the ability to respond to changing needs quickly and prioritise workload accordingly
  • Excellent communication skills
