The objective of the two days will be to take delegates through building up an ARCHIBUS Web Central implementation.  We will go through installation and configuration of the system then go on to discuss the data and business process that should be considered  during the systems execution.

 

This course is aimed at users that are involved in supporting and developing of their ARCHIBUS systems. The focus of two days will be to give the participants the knowledge and tools to drive there ARCHIBUS systems forward.

 

Proposed Course Syllabus  -

  • Technical Overview of the system installation and configuration
  • So it's installed…now what?
  • The Background data used by all modules - Defining your space data, Defining your business information, Setting up users&employee information
  • Using the ARCHIBUS Smart Client to import data into the system
  • Building Operations key data -  On Demand, Preventive Maintenance
  • Setting up your Space data - Link your CAD data, Using the Space Console
  • Key considerations when managing your Assets
  • BIM and Revit considerations when importing asset in space data
  • System Admin tasks -  Groups, Roles and Processes, Creating new views and reports,Exporting data, System parameters, Navigation methods
  • ARCHIBUS Connectors
  • Implementing the ARCHIBUS Mobile frame work
  • Managing Live, Test and Development versions of ARCHIBUS
  • Managing Upgrades and system testing
  • Looking at your stakeholders and business processes that drive your ARCHIBUS system
  • Open discussion and event summary
