EDGE Training 2016


EDGE2016 is our annual training conference, specifically designed for users with 1+ years experience of ARCHIBUS or any similar CAFM product.

For delegates who are new to either the industry or the product we have developed an update and Foundation Day to help bring those less experienced and newer users up to speed before the main event.


EDGE2016 will offer two distinct tracks of training:

Track 1 - Practical FM – managing your FM lifecycle

Directed at those delegates with 'hands on' experience. This track will follow group/team workshops to understand best practices in an ARCHIBUS workflow process.


Our aim is to help kick-start your FM lifecycle processes with hands on technical sessions to -


• Understanding your ARCHIBUS implementation
• Utilising key operational features to standardise your workflow process
• Leveraging equipment assets data
• Manage your business processes
• Expand your ARCHIBUS software to the mobile environment


Track 2 - Business Intelligence – leveraging your ARCHIBUS investment

Directed at those delegates who take up a more strategic role in managing systems.

This track will follow practical examples and high level discussions at a strategic level to help understand how to generate real business intelligence.

Our aim is to help Understand best practice and outline The strategic direction of your FM lifecycle processes with discursive Review sessions of –

• Standardised facilities processes
• Access to the built environment lifecycle data
• The benefits of KPI’s and metrics
• Graphical analysis to leverage your existing investment for future planning
• Integration with other systems
